Proper Burning with ISEC

I was able to cook a full meal with ISEC and properly burn the tofu at the bottom of the ISEC pot. I put the tofu down first, placing each slab against the bottom and sides of the pot, and put the onions in next and then the vegetables on top of them. I added garlic salt, a little hot pepper and lots of olive oil.
The Tofu came out very nicely browned! I include pictures before and after… but I didn’t get a picture of the tofu, sorry.
