HOLIDAY ISEC CLASSES, LPG GAS SHORTAGE AND COOKING WITH LITHIUM BATTERY+ISEC

ISEC CAMEROON PROGRAM is preparing to launch a new ISEC Training Program during these holidays ( July to September 2022 ) for secondary school students and university graduates in Yaounde, Cameroon. We are advertising the new program over local radio stations and we are also distributing flyers in the city.

Since 2 weeks, we have a LPG gas shortage in most cities of our country and this is an opportunity to advertise the usage of ISEC as a real alternative to those expensive and polluting cooking fuels such as LPG gas, firewood or charcoal.

These days, to buy cooking gas in Yaounde , is hard ; and people have to line up , in order to expect getting a 12.5 kgs bottle of LPG gas at 15 USD ; and most bottles of LPG gas do not have the theorical content of 12.5 kgs ; they are filled at 2/3 of their normal content, due to fraud.

We’ve recently tested our new lithium battery –we bought-with one of our ISEC kit and i twas very interesting to cook with a lithium battery connected to an ISEC kit, on a cloudy day.And we noticed, the lithium battery can get discharged even at 95% of its normal power, but it will recharge very faster in a few hours and it will not get damaged like the Gel or AGM or Lead acid battery, when connected to solar panels and a solar charge controller ( mainly the MPPT model ).
We plan to build an i-Cooking Power Station with Lithium batteries in order to help ISEC users during cloudy days here in Cameroon ( see picture below ).
